While I'm not really known for my flow, I feel comfortable saying that I kick Coolio's ass when it comes to Caprese.

Wow! You are an artist in the kitchen. I love this time of year. We have had company over twice for Insalata caprese. With lots of crusty bread it makes a wonderful meal. Sadly the tomato crop this year is over early because of the "you know whos" All I have now is cherries from a volunteer which is looking remarkably healthy.

My favorite type of salad!!! Beautifully arranged too�. I hope it tasted as great as it looks. I wish my tomatoes were ripe. I�ve got about a month to go before they will be ready. I did plant 27 plants so once they get ripe I am going to have plenty to work with. I plan to make Caprese salad as much as possible :)

Thanks, y'all. I think I could eat this for dinner every night. And here's a terrible secret -- Costco has some excellent buffalo mozzarella for less than 5 bucks a pound.
